Took a computer in that had shorted out and they had it back to me in a day and a half at a reasonable price with no BS. Absolutely no complaints, and that's unusual in this day and age.

Super nice, friendly, and informative service from all their techs here. I broke my screen and needed a new battery for my iPhone 6s Plus. They are up front with cost and time. You can find most costs on their website, which is a nice feature to easily compare with other companies. My boyfriend recommended these guys from an earlier fix years ago that they helped him with for his Android, and said they were smart, trustworthy, and quick for a small store. I highly recommend them for any type of technical fix. It's easy to walk in and walk out. If you want to wait, they have wifi, and a comfortable waiting area. There are all kinds of places around to keep you entertained as well since it's in the heart of EAV!

I dropped my phone and shattered the screen, but luckily everything still worked! After check in with AT&T and Apple I discovered that a new phone is way out of my price range! I did a quick google search and these guys were 5 minutes away! Over the past few years, technology has really gotten ahead of me so I was a little intimidated about going in to the shop, but once I got there I realized there was nothing to worry about. Not only was my phone shattered, but it was running slow b/c I was out of storage and my battery was at a critically low level. Everything was explained to me in a simple way, and they looked at how my phone was running and tried to help me out . I grabbed a beer down the street to pass the hour that was quoted, and my phone was ready right when they said it would be. Screenfixing guarantees their screens for a year, so after a week I went back in b/c I thought there was a glitch. Once again they were patient with me and tried to replicate what I was experiencing. When we couldn't get the glitch to happen they thought maybe my phone just needed the new update, and updated it for me in their shop and told me to come back if it happens again. I'm really happy that this shop is in my neighborhood, and although I hope I'm not in there TOO much, I'll definitely be back again! I highly recommend them to all my family and friends! Thank You!

I keep coming back so much, these guys must think I break my phone on purpose. From battery replacements, to a new screen, to helping with slow issues, to water damage... I can't thank them enough for allowing my iPhone 6 to have 9 lives! I trust them implicitly and they totally lower my stress level just by being calm and forthright. Nice waiting & fast fixes. Thanks guys!

I was flying out the next day and badly needed my phone updated in order to install a transportation app . James and Jonathan were eager to help. They resolved the issue in 10 minutes or so and then James took the time to install the app that I needed and showed me some of the new features of the updated operating system. With ScreenFixing in my neighborhood, visiting the Apple store will remain a last resort. I choose ScreenFixing everytime!

My HTC One died late in the afternoon before an important midnight deployment. Nate found me a loaner for backup but was able to fix my phone and save the day!

I forgot to catch the name of the man that helped me, but the service was quick and it was easy! I didn't schedule an appointment, but he was very accommodating and helpful. More importantly, my phone was fixed within a matter of 15-20 minutes! He helped me pick out a new phone case, as well! I will recommend this place of business to any and everyone!
