ScreeFixing is my go to place when I need to replace my cracked screen (which I have experienced several times) and each time they have done a great job. My most recent repair was when my device got rain water seeping into an existing crack on my device screen causing the screen not to display due to too much rain water getting inside my device. ScreeFixing repaired with within 24 hours. Great job and very satisfied with their work.

My daughter had her PC laptop go into lock down mode after Microsoft was asking for the Bit Locker Key!!! I use an apple so this was foreigner territory. Did the research and unfortunately never linked her laptop to a Microsoft account so had no access to this key. Took it to Screen Fixing and they were honest and upfront. Each step they contacted me and gave me an update and cost. They were able to address other issues with her PC laptop and now its working again. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent service, communication, and experience. Brought in my phone for a completely shattered back; they got the part in promptly and had it fixed in hours. Kind and knowledgeable technicians, never talked down to me, and were patient when I took time to evaluate their quote versus Apple’s (theirs was, literally, $500 cheaper). Highly recommend. Lucky to have them in the neighborhood!

ScreenFixing was able to recover all the data from an unresponsive hard drive with a lot of photo and video projects I had (stupidly) not backed up with a fairly quick turnaround and great communication.

I accidentally left my i phone outside during a rain shower. Although I still had power to the phone, water was interfering with the functionality of the screen and other parts. The wonderful techs at Screen Fixing were able to open up and dry out the phone and replace my screen. They saved me from having to purchase a new phone! My family has frequented this business and they are always friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, and reliable with repairs.

I came into shop on a Sunday right before closing time. Customer service was A+ Repair to my grandsons screen was superb. It looked brand new. I'm going back soon to have the back replaced. If you are in need of a screen repair I highly recommend them.

I received exceptional service with both of my phones over a period of years. I highly recommend them to anyone who asks about my matte screen. They had to order a replacement screen for me once so I recommend calling ahead with your make & model of phone. Parking can be a little tight.

SF has repaired our phones numerous times. They have always been Johnny on the spot, prompt and helpful. They even helped my mother in law transfer info from her old phone into her new, when nobody else was being helpful. We fully recommend!!!!

Great, friendly service at a reasonable price. I came in for an estimate and came in the next day for a repair. When the repair came out higher than the estimate they adjusted the price back down to the estimated price with no questions asked. I hope I don't have to go back but if a device isn't working it will be the first place I go.

You can say that a service business has friendly, knowledgeable service but when my 10 year old brought in the shattered screen of the new gaming laptop he had saved moths for, the team at SF made him feel totally at ease that his.baby.wpild be alright. 7 days later we got the call and rushed over to pickup the expertly repaired laptop! Well done!

I stopped in at ScreenFixing today to inquire about a problem with my iPhone 11. It wouldn’t connect to the FireWire and I’d been charging on a pad but was unable to get updates and a pain to deal with on flights. I tried all the tricks I saw online to fix the problem to no avail. I thought it would be a pricey fix but they were able to get into the phone and make it right for $25. They are nice people too. I highly recommend.

Do NOT hesitate to call ScreenFixing for your laptop needs. I work in a business of quick deadlines and when my laptop just wouldn't turn on, I took it to ScreenFixing and crossed my fingers. They had it back up and running perfectly within 24 hours. Very happy!!!

They did an amazing job! The customer service was fast and the staff was very friendly! I expected to get my iPad back in a few days and it was completed in a few hours! I was also told that someone had donated a part I needed so I paid only for the cost of repair! I would definitely recommend getting your device fixed here. Thank you all again and God bless!

Screen cracked even with Otter Box on. It took a while to get the parts, and they forgot to notify me that it was done, but the work and craftsmanship was perfect. And $5 less than the competition.

I recently went in to get a privacy screen protector. About a month ago, I visited the store because the Face ID on my iPhone 11Pro wasn’t working and I wanted a privacy screen protector. After doing diagnostics, I was told they would get back w/me when they learned what part I would need. A few weeks later I headed to the Apple Store because my calls continued to drop…long story short, I ended up with an iPhone 14Pro because of numerous issues that would be cost prohibitive to resolve. I went back to get another privacy screen while in the neighborhood and shared this story. The WONDERFUL woman (why didn’t I get her name?) honored the warranty (which I had forgotten about) so I didn’t have to pay another $50 for ANOTHER privacy screen protector! Great service! Thank you. It means so much which businesses go out of their way to make your life better and remind you of services and warranties to avoid your paying more!Hit them up! You’ll be glad you did! Btw…East Atlanta Village ROCKS!

Very friendly folks. Nice shop. Yes. Everyone loves this place. Great location close to many iphone owners. It's also overpriced for some reason (rent I guess?). Well. Here's my experience: First time around (a) I went in to get a broken iphone screen fixed. They said "the fingerprint feature won't work" and I was okay with it although it sounded strange. Second time around (b) I went to get a full screen replacement on a macbook pro. After weeks on end waiting for them to get the right part delivered and the thing assembled, the camera didn't work, as if it wasn't connected. Their supplier might be an ebay seller from china. In the end they made me feel like I should've done it myself. The screen alone cost half of what they charged, without mentioning the month+ taken to do the job. Anyway, in both cases they did not fix the device to make it what it was before. I could've complained but (a) it was cheaper than getting a new phone or laptop, and (b) I never really use the laptop camera or the fingerprint feature [that much] anyway.Edit: photos show an knife blade stuck somewhere inside the screen after the macbook screen was “fixed”. Yes, it moved around.
